The Mutual Friends Exhibition Inflatable
Serendipity & Friendship
The exhibition brought to life a large inflatable character, “Nong Lhab”, transforming a 2D illustrated line drawing into a tangible three-dimensional artwork at The Mutual Friends. Exhibition, held at Central The Original from April 7 to May 8, 2022, under the theme “Serendipity & Friendship.” Serving as a warm symbol of friendship and cherished memories from the Charoenkrung district, the work was further elevated by the seamless fusion of wall art on transparent glass with a giant balloon sculpture standing prominently in front of the building. This striking combination instantly transformed the surrounding atmosphere into one filled with color and playful energy, inviting viewers to step closer and experience the true essence of friendship. The installation captivated the attention of passersby, compelling them to pause and take in this vivid moment within the historic old-town neighborhood.
